Why aren’t you allowing comments to be posted to your HR 3637 link? Glad to see that my REPUBLICAN Congressman had the balls to vote no on this bill. Why should we voluntarily donate our time and money to help Katrina victims and then get taxed to help them out again? This bill does not include a plan for the distribution of the money, therefore this money is going to help the rich white folks rebuild their insured million dollar homes as well as feel good money to help the poor black folks. Are we not supposed to have insurance on our homes to take care of these situations?
