The Torn-Up Credit Card Application Experiment

This is actually pretty scary.

Dude gets a credit card application in the mail.

Tears it up. Tapes it together.

Fills it out. Asks for it to be sent to another address.

Sends it in.

It gets approved and a card is sent to him without any questions asked.
