Oh, I polled this on my blog once, too. I always go for the bottom method. Some people, and this boggles me, simply don't care one way or the other! :-O
I am one of those mind boggling few who really doesn't care! If I can get Prince Charming to put it on the roll and not on top of the cardboard roll from the empty one that is cause for celebration and I am not going inhibit this by giving directions! LOL
I usually do not make comments on my husband's blog, but this is a topic I feel very strongly about. --I'm definitely a "pulling it toward" person! When Geeding puts it on the other way (and thank goodness he puts it on the dispenser) he does it the opposite way and I don't like it! Hey-at least he does it! --WifeGeeding

With five people in the house I just wish someone besides me put it on the roller!

Towards!!! All the time! If I see it put on wrong at someone's home, I will turn it around before using it! Yup, I'm that bad.
