I think it’s important to distinguish the actions of a single individual compared to the individuals in his administration. But your attempt at some level of humor and sarcasm isn’t lost.
The Al Gore reference is odd. Gore was never president and didn't have an opportunity to leave a note in the Oval Office. I guess you are just trying to be funny or like to look for opportunities to take a shot at political differences. As nasty as the political spectrum has gotten, I just thought it would be nice to highlight a good man like Bush 41, who despite losing to his opponent, offered grace and put country over politics.
