I smell a scam

I listed a car for sale on Craig’s List and got this text:

Is the Toyota still for sale? if yes kindly email me back at my email {———-@gmail.com) because we cell phone at the military base.Thx

So I email them and get this reply:

Thanks for writing me back.I’m much interested in buying this so i want you to promise me it was in excellent condition the way you write it on the Ads and i wish to know your last asking price. because i wont be able to come for the picking up but i have a mover company that will be coming for the picking up at your location and sign all documents on my behalf. And as for the payment option i will be paying you with the fastest and secure means of buying item over the internet which is PayPal due to the nature of my job. i I work with the military air-force and presently in camp serving the nation which is strictly no calls. located in Ohio USCG(U.S. Coast Guard Maritime Security) and dont have access to my bank account thats the reason why the only payment option for me is PayPal. So let me know if my payment method is acceptable. Thanks

I never mentioned that the car was in excellent condition, as a matter of fact I stated there was slight hail damage and other small dings and scratches.
