- Above is my completed timelapse video of the nine-day retaining wall and fence project at GeedingManor. I averaged taking about 800 pictures a day, and from that I edited it to the most interesting content.
- We watched ‘The Americans’ last night but the DVR cut off the last two minutes. Hopefully we didn’t miss anything important.
- While watching ‘The Daily Show’ I saw a commercial for ‘The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon’ which I thought was odd. I don’t know why Comedy Central would want to plug something that competes directly with ‘The Colbert Report’.
- I’ve noticed David Letterman doesn’t wear a suit as often, he’s been doing the sportcoat thing.
- I’m hearing good things about ‘True Detective’ and I have a feeling I’ll be binge watching it on HBO Go.
- I found the reason why I could no longer see pictures in embedded tweets, it was all because of a Chrome extension.

"True Detective" has two more episodes to go. Next season it will be a new cast and new story. I like the idea that everything is resolved at the end of each season. Although I'm not sure what this year's resolution will be, I think I can guess partially at the solution.
I've never cared all that much for Woody Harrelson or Matthew McConaughey, but they really nail their roles as the two detectives. The episodes this season are as much about what happens to the two detectives over a period of years as they are about how they solve the case.
The show is intense. I'm already looking forward to see what HBO does with next season. However, it will be hard to top this year.
