Wow. Just simply, wow. Good thing you have a video on your gate. Be sure to write a letter of complaint to FedEx and send a copy of this video. That's completely BS. If he hates his job, there's always an answer – Quit! Now, if he's having a bad day, too bad! Suck it up. He has a job to do.
