Never heard of Interpol? Have you ever watched a cop/detective show on TV? Are you only watching movies on Lifetime or the O Network? You have lost one corner from your man card.
I second this.
jack nicholson link takes you to whataburger coupon. someone's a little too occupied with their BACON taquito.
Shouldn't you give a credit to the pictures you post at the top of your Bag of Randomness? Unless they're your own creation, most probably have some kind of copyright protection and by not crediting the photographer/artist is dishonest. It's kind of like stealing.
Hello zChicago –
The majority of those images come from anonymous image postings on imgur.com <a href="http://(http://imgur.com/faq#anonymous)” target=”_blank”>(http://imgur.com/faq#anonymous) and since they are anonymous, I don't really see the point in trying to give credit, although I do see your point. I'd feel more convicted if I actually made a profit from this website, but the money generated from ads don't even come close to paying for the hosting fees I pay. Profit or no profit people deserve credit, but I often just don't even think about taking that small extra step to do so, and that's on me. So now you got me to thinking about it, so I might just come around.

An award-winning photographer, who's blog I read, recently found that a series of his photographs were copied to someone's blog and was upset because he didn't give permission, wasn't credited and mis-information was added as a caption. After this was brought to the bloggers attention, copyright info was added to the pictures and a link was added to the photographer's website. It's a real problem for people who make their living from their creative work.
Your use is benign and introduces your readers to interesting images so actually does a service, but it would be nice to give the artist credit.
By the way, I do like your blog and have been reading it for years.
I'd vote for linking the image back to the source site to give the original poster as much credit as possible. That would be quick and easy.
