On Saturday at a church committee meeting a group of seven or so people guess my age to be anywhere between 24 and 29. I turn 35 at the end of August.
One person said they were guessing my age off the age of WifeGeeding, whom they thought was, well . . . truth be told, she’s turns . . . . a year older on Saturday. She want y’all go guess her age, so here’s a current picture of her, one I took last week.
I had a reader accuse me (possibly joking) of using a photoshopped picture of myself yesterday. Truth be told, that’s an unedited picture other than the cropping. Heck, I didn’t even touch that one up with Picassa. As for how clean shaven I am, I shaved probably just an hour before I took that picture.
Speaking of shaving, I don’t think I will ever turn away from my safety razor again. I tried a Mach 3 the other day and the shave just didn’t feel as smooth and as comfortable as a shave with the safety razor. Not to mention, refills are pretty inexpensive. You can get a ten pack of double blades for $6.99.

RE: Christian politicians… an interesting link. Now, if I could only find a polite way of telling my Christian friends not to forward me all those emails telling me why I should hate Obama b/c his is a Muslim, socialist, communist, wants death panels and born in Kenya or why I should hate liberals/Democrats and Muslims.
I know EXACTLY how old she is!….to the minute!! But, I won't tell! Don't want to spoil the "game" for all the BON readers. But, the other young lady in the picture is 6 weeks and 1 day old!
okay…based on how she looks, i will guess WifeGeeding is 27…based on your age, i will say she is 33.
and that sweet little girl, looks a lot like her dad. i thought that before, but decided to wait…and it was the first thought i had today when i saw her.
The WSJ had a front page article in yesterday's edition about razors and replacement blades. The story focused on men who stockpile the cartridge replacements for their ancient razors because of the razor industry's habit of annually coming out with "new technology" razors that render older razors, and their cartridges, obsolescent. Some of the replacement cartridges on new razors are so expensive stores keep them in locked display cases.
That's probably THE best picture of Kelsey I've seen. She looks beautiful and glowing… perhaps a motherhood glow? Methinks she should use it as her Facebook profile picture… I'm sure there'll be some pretty jealous people thinking "She looks like THAT after she had a baby?!"….
