  • That’s the cutest dog dressed up as an Ewok I’ve ever seen.
  • There’s a mother-son dance in Frisco next month for boys ages 4-12.  I have a feeling most boys will dread this event no matter how much they love momma.
  • It’s interesting how some school districts spend their money.  Some like to spend funds on building state of the art football facilities, some just have funding problems, and some issue netbooks to all high school students.  While I like the idea of moving forward regarding technology, I fear the students will be surfing/playing games/watching videos in class, that they will always forget to charge the batteries, and that their are going to be a lot of repair costs.
  • Lots of debate at the office about if you should watch underwear and socks right after purchase before you wear them the firs time.
  • I’ve been reading about radiant barrier stuff as of late, and I’m considering installing it myself.  The material itself doesn’t seem to cost as much as I would have thought, about 12 cents per square foot for the foil.
  • That is one unhealthy breakfast
  • WifeGeeding has a friend that is installing an elevator in her house.
  • Random Nolan Ryan fact – He stuck out seven father and sons.
  • Panasonic has invented a light bulb that will last 19-years – men won’t buy it because they fear commitment.
  • Dallas will be global launch for 4G

    Re:Radiant Barrier

I have two co-workers who installed it DIY. It took them longer than they expected, and the biggest issue is staying up in the attic for so long. One did it in July… probably NOT a good idea…

there is no debate, yes you wash your socks and underwear before wearing them the first time.

    Keith,

Check out <a href="http://www.AtticFoil.com” target=”_blank”>www.AtticFoil.com for DIY instructions. NOW is the time of year to install radiant barrier attic foil.

I have heard that the radiant barrier you DIY is NOT as effective and doesn't qualify for the Tax Credit. But…it's all hearsay.

I never wash them the first time. It feels toooo good. There's nothing like the feel of brand new socks and underwear!
