    This will never, ever happen. The NYC airspace is already the most crowded and complex in the world, producing frequent congestion and delays. Adding a fourth airport only a few miles from LGA, EWR, and JFK will only make things worse. Not to mention that the the airport would replace Central Park, a beloved feature of Manhattan.
