The unedited interview between Stewart and Cramer was very interesting…Stewart had some of his typical comedian stylings as undertone, but for the most part, Cramer had to be extremely uncomfortable (still smiling, but uncomfortable) as Stewart really drove his points home. I wouldn't say that they were mean spirited, but truthful points that it appears no one wants to say… someone had to talk about the elephant in the room even if it is a painful truth…. it is just sad that a self-proclaimed comedian is the one that is forcing this discussion rather than the news stations.
Jon Stewart did a wonderful job pointing out that 'news reporting' cannot be trusted. We have been fed a diet of news entertainment and talking points that leaves most Americans unable to discern the truth. This combined with political propaganda leaves us in a very dangerous position as a Democracy.
