    Poor lady! If the “younger”, or better yet, “technilogical advanced” generation would simply realize that some of us are NOT bilingual…….we do not speak “tech-ish”………then perhaps we could communicate better!! Please do not look at us w/ disdain and impatience………..just speak in a language we can understand, or at least help us understand YOUR language!

    OK, you dang punk whippersnapper! You have now alienated your chief geezerette fan. :-) I have already bought my conversion kit using the coupon, so I’m ready for
    February — assuming I don’t microwave the equipment. My strategy: no cable TV = no optional utility bill.
