    Wow. I mean…WOW. The SNL skits were hilarious, but I assumed they were entirely parody. To think that the person vying to be a heartbeat away from the presidency actually SPOKE those words…well, it just boggles the mind.

    I suppose this represents the pendulum swinging from Cheney’s absolute certainty in his own manifest destiny.

    Sheesh.

    Well, we can’t say we weren’t warned.
