    Ha! My best friend taught me about these and we used to cook them up for special brunches and people would go insane over them. We called them “Heartattacks on a plate.”

    Dang, are they gooooood!

    My aunt fixed these for Christmas last year.
    She had mustard or syrup to put on them.
