The headline irresponsibly claimed that it had something to do with race. Sad that the media spins instead of reports. I'd say this is in reaction to voter fraud. "So, you've been dead for 2 years and you want to vote? OK." The important quote is he "wanted to make sure that proper electoral procedures were followed." That makes sense to me. The assumption that "republicans are rich" is behind thinking this is a way to disallow Democrats the vote. Paul I saw that article. I’d say this is in reaction to voter fraud. “So, you’ve been dead for 2 years and you want to vote? OK.”
