The State Fair of Texas is a month away

Here’s a nice little article about the food at the fair.   I haven’t heard of fried avacado. 

But I’d rather stick to the basics, like a turkey leg.

    State Fair of Texas…fun or beating? I haven't been in probably 15 years. Perhaps it's time I go again. I know I don't like the food or the games and it's like walking on fly-paper on the midway. The rides are so so. Maybe I'll go for the car show this year. What else is there?

    That picture kinda makes you look like you have a mullett (I guess that’s another person’s hair in the distance.?..)
