- West Palm Beach, Florida–63 inches average annual rainfall; 58 average annual rainy days
- Lafayette, Louisiana–62 inches average annual rainfall; 55 average annual rainy days
- Baton Rouge, Louisiana–62 inches average annual rainfall; 56 average annual rainy days
- Miami, Florida–62 inches average annual rainfall; 57 average annual rainy days
- Port Arthur, Texas–61 inches average annual rainfall; 51 average annual rainy days

I can vouch for my home city of Port Arthur. We received over 72″ my senior year in high school and that only included one very mild hurricane.
Can you imagine how flooded DFW would be if we received 72′? The drainage systems could never handle that volume of precipitation.
SWEET, My town made the top 10. Really, like two days ago we had a storm come up out of nowhere and dump 3 inchs in an hour and a half.

My hometown (#5) is not a suprise to me! I new before looking at it we would be there! and New Orleans! That was bad! My huband was there for 4 days rescuing people! Hopefully that will never happen again! Unfortunatly we all suffer when a Hurricane comes!
