It’s been really sad watching politicians be themselves the last couple weeks. The way these dudes salivated and were SO QUICK to pounce on this. Those fangs are just below the lips…
Anyway, for what it’s worth, here is the text of Kerry’s notes, from which he was supposed to read. (It was not a dig on the soldiers, but on the intellectually lazy man who sent them to Iraq).
‘Do you know where you end up if you don’t study, if you aren’t smart, if you’re intellectually lazy? You end up getting us stuck in a war in Iraq. Just ask President Bush.”
Either way, this is the problem with dabbling in negative politics. Whether Republican or Democrat, when you strive to cut someone down sometimes it backfires.

Is Nathan defending Democrats, and John Kerry?
Usually it’s just the Republicans who ‘misspeak’ about something; and the Demo’s making a bigger deal out of it than it really is.
BTW- Isn’t the difference in coverage (on this specific event) from FoxNews and CNN absurd? Cracks me up to see the over-coverage of things like this.
I agree with Pastor…severe over-coverage.
