Weight loss plan: I’ll mow your lawn for free

Nelson innocently posted a listing on the website Craig’s List this week advertising free lawnmowing services.

He needed to lose weight and has had trouble in the past keeping to an exercise program, he explained. But if he made a commitment to someone else, he thought, he would be able to do it.

Five or so lawns per week, sweating for about an hour per lawn, would add up to a pretty good exercise non-program, he thought.
